Starting at $65
-Includes up to 2 signers up to 5 notarizations (state-regulated fee included), and travel within 15 miles of 30144.
Additional mileage fees may apply and will be confirmed before your appointment.

How to Book Your Appointment

Pick a date & time that works for you or your client.

Provide appointment details, including location, number of signers, and any facility contact person.

Confirm your booking — we’ll reach out if additional travel fees apply based on the address provided.

Important Notes

Please confirm with facility administration that on-site notarization is permitted for your chosen date and time.

All signers must be alert, oriented, and capable of signing documents. If the signer has been medicated or is not fully alert, notarization will not be possible.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all signers.
