Welcome to SealPointe Signature Services. By accessing this website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
SealPointe Signature Services provides mobile notary, apostille, I-9 verification, courier, proctor, witness coordination, and document support services across Metro Atlanta. All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking or confirmation of document eligibility.
2. Service Area
We primarily serve Kennesaw, Cobb County, and surrounding areas within Metro Atlanta. Travel outside this area may incur additional mileage or service fees.
3. Identification Requirements
Clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for any notarization or I-9 verification. Documents must be complete and ready to sign in the presence of the notary unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
4. Scheduling & Appointment Policy

Appointments must be scheduled via our online system, email, or by phone.

A deposit may be required for certain services such as apostilles, courier deliveries, or appointments requiring extensive preparation or travel.

If you are late by more than 10 minutes without notice, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment time will not incur a fee.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. Apostille services, courier fees, and document printing are non-refundable once processing begins.
6. Witness Services
We provide neutral third-party witnesses upon request. You may also bring your own witnesses if they meet the legal requirements (i.e., not named in the document and not related to the signer). A witness coordination fee may apply.
7. Document Privacy
All documents and personal information shared with SealPointe Signature Services are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not store or retain copies unless required to complete the service (e.g., apostille submission).
8. Limitations of Service
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We cannot explain or interpret the contents of a document, instruct you on how to complete it, or advise you on whether or not to sign it.
Doing so would constitute the unauthorized practice of law.
9. Limitation of Liability
SealPointe Signature Services is not liable for any damages arising from errors or omissions in notarized documents or delays resulting from third-party agencies (e.g., Secretary of State, postal services). Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their documents prior to signing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
