Service Description
SealPointe Signature Services proudly offers specialty notary services for individuals and families needing notarial support in sensitive or restricted environments. We travel to hospitals, medical centers, assisted living facilities, hospices, rehabilitation centers, and correctional institutions throughout Cobb County, Metro Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Mobile notarization for specialty services includes: ✔ Mobile travel to your location within 10-mile radius of 30144 ✔ Up to 5 notarizations per visit and 2 signers ($25 per signer additional signer) ✔ 1hr on site ($25 each additional hour after the first hour) *Additional mileage fees may apply and will be confirmed before your appointment. Please Note: -Confirm with facility administration that on-site notarization is permitted for your chosen date and time. -Signer must be alert, oriented, and capable of signing. -Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all signers. What to Expect: -We will coordinate with facility staff as needed to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. Standard appointments are up to 1 hour on site. If additional time is needed, extended service fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy At SealPointe Signature Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling, the following applies: Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking: Specialty Notary Services – $20 Apostille Services – 50% of quoted total Deposits are applied toward your total and secure your appointment. Standard mobile notary and most general services do not require a deposit. Rescheduling * You may reschedule with at least 2 hours' notice without penalty. * Requests made less than 2 hours before may require a new deposit. Cancellations & No-Shows * Deposits are non-refundable. * Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full service fee. * For Apostille services, cancellations after document submission are charged in full.
