Service Description
We can provide impartial witnesses when your document requires them. $25 per witness, available with any mobile notary service. Please Note: -Witnesses must be impartial (no personal or financial interest in the document). -Clients may provide their own witnesses at no additional cost if they meet legal requirements. What to Expect: -Our professional witnesses arrive with your notary appointment, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy At SealPointe Signature Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling, the following applies: Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking: Specialty Notary Services – $20 Apostille Services – 50% of quoted total Deposits are applied toward your total and secure your appointment. Standard mobile notary and most general services do not require a deposit. Rescheduling * You may reschedule with at least 2 hours' notice without penalty. * Requests made less than 2 hours before may require a new deposit. Cancellations & No-Shows * Deposits are non-refundable. * Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full service fee. * For Apostille services, cancellations after document submission are charged in full.
