SealPointe Signature Services offers authorized I-9 verification services for employers and remote employees across Cobb County, Metro Atlanta, and surrounding areas. As your trusted mobile notary and authorized representative, we help verify Section 2 of the Form I-9 quickly and in full compliance with federal requirements. Whether you're an employer coordinating onboarding or a new hire needing local support, we bring reliable, professional service to your preferred location. Includes travel within 15 miles of 30144. *Additional mileage fees may apply and will be confirmed before your appointment. Please Note: -This is not a notarization; no seal is applied. -The employer must provide the I-9 form before the appointment. -Employee must present original, valid identification per federal requirements. What to Expect: -We verify identification documents, complete Section 2, and return the form to the employer or employee as instructed.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy At SealPointe Signature Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling, the following applies: Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking: Specialty Notary Services – $20 Apostille Services – 50% of quoted total Deposits are applied toward your total and secure your appointment. Standard mobile notary and most general services do not require a deposit. Rescheduling * You may reschedule with at least 2 hours' notice without penalty. * Requests made less than 2 hours before may require a new deposit. Cancellations & No-Shows * Deposits are non-refundable. * Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full service fee. * For Apostille services, cancellations after document submission are charged in full.
