We manage the entire process working with state agencies, the U.S. Department of State, and foreign embassies to ensure your documents are authenticated correctly and comply with Hague Convention and U.S. requirements. We process apostilles for documents originating from all 50 U.S. states. Pricing varies by state and processing method. 50% deposit required at booking. Processing time varies by state and service level (standard or expedited). Please Note: Apostilles are issued by the Secretary of State, not the notary. Cancellation & Responsibility Policy By using the Apostille Services provided by SealPointe Signature Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Document Handling & Client Responsibility We verify that your documents meet basic eligibility for apostille processing based on guidelines established by the issuing state or federal agency. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly prepared prior to submission (e.g., notarized, certified, or issued by the appropriate authority). SealPointe Signature Services is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, improperly issued, or ineligible documents. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer Completed apostille documents are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your documents are transferred to the shipping provider, SealPointe Signature Services is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit. Tracking information will be provided when available. We strongly recommend choosing insured and trackable shipping options for your peace of mind. Invalidations & Third-Party Rejections While we take every care to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal apostille procedures, we cannot guarantee acceptance by foreign embassies, overseas agencies, academic institutions, or other third-party recipients. We highly recommend that clients verify all apostille requirements with the requesting authority (e.g., consulate, university, international agency) before submitting a request. Apostille rules vary by country and purpose. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of apostille services, all sales are final once processing has begun. No refunds will be issued once a document has been submitted for state or federal certification. If you need to cancel or reschedule before processing starts, please contact us immediately at 678-208-8282. We may be able to accommodate changes if no work has been performed yet.
